Warmup: Jog the pickle, good mornings, butt kicks, high knees, arm circles and toy soldiers.
Workout with Tabata timer – 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest.
Arms and Chest with weights: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulder Press, Upright Rows, Hammer Curls, Chest Fly, Chest Press and Scull Crushers.
Cardio: Jumping Jacks, Skaters, Jump Squats, Plank Jacks and Burpees.
Legs with weights: Squats, Deadlifts, Calk Raises, Squat Pulses, Lunges, Plie Squats, Squat and lunge side to side and glute bridges.
Cardio: Burpees, Plank Jacks, Jump Squats, Skaters and Jumping Jacks.
