Motivator – 5  of each :Jumping jacks, half jacks, leg jacks, jump in place, repeat for 4, 3, 2, and  1

The Thang:

7s on the stairs (Top side lunge with a single arm press, Bottom rows)

Tabata 20 sec work, 5 sec to change exercise ( heisman, monkey humper, bicycle crunch, tricep dip). Repeat each exercise 3 times.

Jack Webb – 1 push up, 4 hallelujahs, 2 push up, 8 hallelujahs up to 8 push ups, 32 hallelujahs

Tabata 20 sec work, 5 sec to change exercise ( high knees, calf raises, raggedy ann, bicep curls). Repeat each exercise 3 times.

Boy Band- 1 squat, 4 lunges, 2 squats, 8 lunges up to 8 squats, 32 lunges

Tabata 20 sec work, 5 sec to change exercise ( star jump, donkey kick, scissor abs, shoulder taps). Repeat each exercise 3 times.
