Varied cardio in between corners (sprint, side shuffle, jog, side shuffle)

1. 10 push UPS, 20 Hallelujah’s, 30 bicep curls, 40 tricep kickbacks.

2.  10 jump squats, 20 lunges, 30 squats, 40 skaters.

3. 10 AB circles each direction, 20 American hammers, 30 heels to heaven, 40LBC’s.

Closed with 10 minutes of yoga flow oh to stretch out.
