Round 1: Arms

  • Corner 1-10 Carolina Dry Docks
  • Corner 2- 20 Hallelujahs
  • Corner 3- 30 Shoulder taps
  • Corner 4- 40 Plank Jacks

Round 2: Legs

  • Corner 1- 10 Lunges
  • Corner 2- 20 Squats
  • Corner 3- 30 Monkey Humpers
  • Corner 4- 40 Bridges

Round 3: Abs

  • Corner 1- 10 LBCs
  • Corner 2- 20 American hammers
  • Corner 3- Bicycles crunches
  • Corner 4- 40 Heels to heaven

Had enough time to complete the entire circuit twice.

Ran back to the park under the shelter.

  • 15 Step ups, Incline Push ups, Dips.  Repeat with 10 reps and 5 reps of each exercise.
