Warm-up: Good mornings, toy soldiers, big arm circles, high knees, but kicks, small arm circles, Phelps and run the pickle.

 FOUR CORNERS! Exercise is completed two times through – see below: 

 Round 1:

  • Corner 1- 10 Push-ups
  • Corner 2- 20 Hallelujahs
  • Corner 3- 30 Shoulder taps (EC)
  • Corner 4- 40 Plank Jacks (EC)

RUN the Pickle

Round 2:

  • Corner 1- 10 Monkey Humpers
  • Corner 2- 20 Squats
  • Corner 3- 30 Lunges (15 each leg)
  • Corner 4- 40 Glute Bridges

Round 3:

  • Corner 1- 10 Calf Raises
  • Corner 2- 20 Skaters (HC)
  • Corner 3- 30 Mountain Climbers (EC)
  • Corner 4- 40 Second Plank Hold

Round 4: Do this round of workouts in your corner (where your mat is located)

  • Corner 1- 10 Leg Lifts
  • Corner 2- 20 Ankle Biters
  • Corner 3- 30 Bicycles crunches
  • Corner 4- 40 LBC’s
