Warm up – butt kickers, knees, knee openers and closers, arm circles and reverse, toy soldiers, phelps, 5 inchworm walkouts
Four bases – we travelled as a group
Round 1
- 1st base – 10 bicep curls
- 2nd base – 20 plank jacks
- 3rd base – 30 goblet squat
- Home – 40 LBCs + 10 jumping jacks
Round 2
- 1st base – 10 Arnold presses
- 2nd base – 20 tricep overhead extensions
- 3rd base – 30 calf raises
- Home – 40 jack knife to bicycle crunch (20 R, 20L) + 10 jumping jacks
Round 3
- 1st base – 10 upright rows
- 2nd base – 20 froggers
- 3rd base – 30 suitcase squats
- Home – 40 leg lifts + 10 jumping jacks
Round 4
- 1st base – 10 lateral arm raises
- 2nd base – 20 tricep kickbacks
- 3rd base – 30 monkey humpers
- Home – 40 American hammers + 10 jumping jacks
Round 5
- 1st base – 10 reverse grip row
- 2nd base – 20 plank shoulder taps
- 3rd base – 30 sumo squat with heel lift
- Home – 40 Spider crunches + 10 jumping jacks
Round 6 – PAX choice at each base
Walked the pickle and finished with stretches
