We warmed up to our respective college football anthems (cat/cow, world’s greatest stretch, good mornings, toy soldiers, hip openers, shoulder rolls and phelps)

The Thang:  We had 4 quarters of football that were 5 minutes in duration with a commercial break to separate. In true fashion, the commercials were the worst part !

Q1 – 5:00 AMRAP of 5 merkins, 10 LBCs, 15 Sumo Squat and 20 Jumping Jacks

Commercial Break:  25 yards of bear crawl, 10 burpees , 25 yard bear crawl back

Q2 – 5:00 AMRAP of 5 inchworms, 10 bicycles HC, 15 monkey humpers, 20 high knees

Commerical Break: 50 yards of Lt. Dans, 10 Burpees, 50 yards of Lt. Dans back

Q3 – 5:00 AMRAP of 5 rock your body, 10 box cutters, 15 Hallelujahs, 20 butt kickers

Commercial Break: 75 yards side shuffle, 10 jump squats, 75 yard side shuffle

Q4- 5:00 AMRAP 5 woman makers, 10 American hammers, 15 bicep curls, 20 Heismans

Commercial Break – Jog length of field, 10 jump squats, Jog length back

For the last few minutes, we played football.  Cards were selected from a pile.  Entire PAX completed exercises.  If your team selected a card that had an action associated with points (TD, Field Goal, PAT, or Safety) you were awarded points.  We had an extremely high scoring game of 8-7. HAHAHA!
