There’s nothing like getting in a BUNCH of BURPEES before 6:30am!  And that’s exactly what we did!

So, here’s the format.  We do 2 exercises, each one for 60 seconds and then in order to go to the next round of 2 exercises, you have to do 5 burpees!
1.  Squats/ Reverse Lunges
2. Push ups/ Biceps Curls
3. Renegade Rows/ Glute Bridge
4. Sparky Crabs/ Plank Hold
5. Mountain Climbers/ Dead bugs
6. Decline Push ups/ Chest Press
7. Flutter Kicks/ Superman
8. Skaters/ Shoulder press
9. Superman ‘W’/ Bent Over I, Y, T
10.  Triceps Dips/ Overhead Extensions
11.  Mid Row/ Lat Pulldown off the curb
12.  Deadlift/ Squat Pulse
13. Front Raise/ Upright Rows
14.  Bit Girl Sit Ups/ LBCs
15. Wide Row/ Good Mornings

We did a bunch of burpees!  And you know we used heavy weights!
