FIA Workout – Double D – Feb 2nd

Warm-Up:

Good Mornings, arm stretches, toy soldiers, butt kickers, jumping jacks

Fullback and I completed the following 2 FiA Winter Games challenges assigned to us by PGA.

  1. Partner Item Pass – Fullback and I sat back to back and passed a dumbell to each other from left to right to form a circle… reversing directions halfway thru. We completed 48 reps in 2 minutes! 💪💪
  2. The Cusack – while standing, we each held an extended shoulder press with weights for the duration of the song “In your Eyes” by Peter Gabriel… a 5 minute & 30 second song!!

The Thang:

We celebrated Valentines Day early by doing exercises that started with each letter in “Valentine’s Day”. Each exercise was performed for 45 seconds except where noted below.

V: Vups

A: Around the World Lunges (right leg: front, side, back; squat; left leg: back, side, front)

L: Leg Lifts (45 seconds per leg)

E: Eccentric Calf Raises

N: Narwhals (45 seconds per leg)

T: Tricep Extensions

I: Imperial Walkers

N: Narrow Squats

E: Elbow Plank

S: Single Leg DeadLift (45 seconds per leg)

A: Ankle Biters

Y: BicYcles
