Fullback and I completed the following 2 FiA Winter Games challenges assigned to us by PGA.
- Partner Item Pass – Fullback and I sat back to back and passed a dumbell to each other from left to right to form a circle… reversing directions halfway thru. We completed 48 reps in 2 minutes! 💪💪
- The Cusack – while standing, we each held an extended shoulder press with weights for the duration of the song “In your Eyes” by Peter Gabriel… a 5 minute & 30 second song!!

We celebrated Valentines Day early by doing exercises that started with each letter in “Valentine’s Day”. Each exercise was performed for 45 seconds except where noted below.
