The Thang:

Mosey to the rock pile, pair up into groups of 3

1 person completes  OH Press

1 person completes Squats w/ rock

While 1 person  runs the pond loop

Swap rinse and repeat until everyone in your group has completed all 3 

 

Mosey to the amphitheater for Dora – partner up! Partner 1 runs up to the shelter & back while partner 2 completes as many reps as possible of 1st exercise. When partner 1 gets back, he/she takes over where partner 2 left off, while Partner 2 runs. Ex: Partner 2 completes 25 step ups, Partner 1 starts at 26 and counts from there, continue swapping until all reps/exercises are complete

It wouldn’t be a Tiny Boots Red Ryder Q without Thunderstruck Burpees, so that’s what we did next! 

 

I reminded Red Ryder that we hadn’t bear crawled at all (you’re welcome) so we moseyed up to the parking lot circle for a bear crawl
