 COT and Name-O-Rama

This was a bittersweet FiAversary for this Q because it was my last as the Regional Q for FiA Carpex.  Being Regional Q has been an incredible experience for me and helped point me down my current path in life (getting my degree in Health and Fitness Science).  I will always be grateful for this experience, but it is time to pass the torch.  With that said, the new Regional Q for FiA Carpex is Mary Lou.  Mary Lou has been an integral part of FiA Carpex since its inception and I know that she is going to continue growing it to new heights.  Join me in congratulating Mary Lou on her new role!
