On this day after Thanksgiving our Theme was feeling Grateful. It was a bright Sunny morning at Saved by the Bell which we weren’t used to given we usually work out here when it is still dark!
I started with the disclaimer and then a warm up of arm circles, toy soldiers and inch worm walk outs. Then to get us warm(er) we did 2 mins of alternating between jump squats and froggers where the Q called out “Switch” each time we alternated between the 2.
The Thang:
We did 40 sec of each exercise, with 30 second breaks after getting thru 3 exercises. After the full circuit we ran the pickle. we did this full circuit twice.
- Goblet Squat
- Renegade Row
- Arnold Press
- Tricep Extensions
- Elbow plank with hip dips
- Froggers
- Upright Row
- Lunges
We did the same format as above but with different exercises:
- Glute Bridges
- Reverse Crunch
- Alternating V-Ups
- Thrusters
- Elbow side plank with hip dips
- Front Arm Raise
- Up-Downs
- Lateral Lunges
We had 5 mins to spare for some additional abs of:
25 HC plank weight pull thrus, 25 HC American Hammers (with weight), 50 LBCs and 50 HC bicycle crunches.
