30 Curtsy Lunges

2 minute side step lunges

1 minute Butt kicks

1 minute high knees

10 shoulder circles- forward and back

Leg Workout

Calf Raise- 1 minute

Walking Lunges with kick backs (with or without weights) 1 minute

Squat Presses with weights at shoulder then push up overhead coming out of squat – 1 minute

Repeat Warm Up

Arm Workout

Hammer Curls to Bicep Curls with weights (alternating)- 1 minute

Lateral Raises to Front Raises (alternating)- 1 minute

Tricep Extensions- overhead or press backs with weights- 1 minute

Repeat Warm Up

Ab workout

Mountain Climbers- 1 minute

Russian Twists- 1 minute

Scissor kicks- 1 minute

Repeat Warm Up

Cool Down

Standing quad stretch alternating legs 1 minute each leg =2 minute

Shoulder stretch- each side 1 minute= 2 minutes

Cobra Stretch- 1 minute

Tricep Stretch- each side  1 minute = 2 minutes

Childs Pose- 1 minute
