We circled up and did a quick warm up then we ran over to The Depot.

We partnered up and one partner did an exercise while the other partner ran the pickle.

Exercises: curb squats, push ups, LBCs, step ups*, dips, v ups, split squats*, and plank toe touches. Once we completed all exercises we started back over at the top.
* these exercises were done with two rounds per partner – one round per leg

When we ran out of time we ran back to the park and circled up for COT and Name-O-Rama
