We began with simple stretches – Good mornings, lunges, toe touches.
We traveled to the parking garage. One PAX rolled a die (= parking garage level we would climb), then picked a “Mode” card (how we would cross to the other side of the garage), and after doing that the PAX chose a “Chance” or “Community Chest” card with various exercises as stated below:
-10 Rep./ea. side Reverse plank leg lifts
-30 Toe touch crunches
– 10/side side plank leg raises
– 15 Superwoman swimmers
– 20 HC Forearm plank leg lifts
– 8 Reps./side Plank with alternating cactus arms
– 20 Squat pulses
– 12 Tricep push-ups
– 10/side Single leg deadlifts
– 15 Glute bridge butterflies
Modes: Backwards jog, butt kickers, run, skip, sprint, bear crawl 1/2 & jog 1/2, fast walk, high knees 1/2 & sprint 1/2, grapevine, lunge 1/2 & jog 1/2.
We traveled back to home base and did an abs/arms workout to Taylor Swift’s “Bejeweled” with pulse side crunches, glute bridges with weighted A-press, & a swooping in & out chest press.
