Thanks for joining me on a cool fall morning at Book Drop.  Luckily we warmed up quickly once we started moving!

Warm Up – JJ IC, Buttkickers IC, High Knees IC, Windmills, Good Mornings, Trunk Twists, Arm Circles

The Thang:

  • Jog up to Fountain
  • 15  of Step Ups (HC), Incline Push Ups, Dips. Repeat with 10 reps and 5 reps of each exercise
  • Mosey to field where old library used to be for 4 Corners
    • Arms Set:  10 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 Hallelujahs, 30 Shoulder Taps, 40 Plank Jacks
    • Legs Set: 10 Lunges (HC), 20 Squats, 30 Monkey Humpers, 40 Bridges
    • Abs (came back to garage as the grass was wet): 10 LBCs, 20 American Hammers, 30 Ab Circles, 40 Heels to Heaven
  • Quick 5 minute yoga flow stretch to close out
