We warmed up then we got to the thang.

Five stations set up around the pickle. Complete 20 Reps of an exercise then run the pickle til you pass the station you just completed til you get to the next station.

First round: Station 1 – big girl sit ups. Station 2 – curb squats. Station 3 – front raises. Station 4 – step ups (HC). Station five – bent over back rows.

Second round: Station 1 – push ups. Station 2 – reverse lunges (HC). Station 3 – upright rows. Station 4 – single leg glute bridges. Station 5 – standing ab marches.

Third round: Station 1 – burpees. Station 2 – plank jack/mountain climber combo 1:2 (HC) combo up to 10:20. Station 3 – serving tray biceps. Station 4 – Tricep dips. Station 5 – deadlifts.

Things to note: Station 3 had our light weights. Station 4 we used the picnic tables/benches in the shelter. Station five had our heavy weights.
