Three Thangs challenged the Pax today!

WARM UP Run half the track w/ 5 Catcher’s Burpees at each corner

Thang One: EMOM Do 15 reps of each exercise within 60 seconds, using any leftover time as rest

  1. Down/Down Up/Up with Dumbbell drag (EC)
  2. Squat to Arnold Press
  3. Jump Lunges (HC)
  4. Reverse Fly to Tricep Extension

Thang Two: 4 Min Challenge – Do first exercise for as long as possible. Once you need to take a break, do 15 reps of second exercise. Continue until 4 minute timer is up.

  1. Plank – Big Girl Sit Ups
  2. Hold Squat – Hallelujahs
  3. Overhead Marches – Single Leg RDL

Thang Three: 10 min AMRAP

  1. Run Pickle
  2. Stiletto Squat (15 reps)
  3. Punch Jacks (15 reps HC)
  4. Side Dips (15 reps HC)

Pax Choice Mary

15 reps each of V-ups, ankle biters, scissor kicks, and leg raises
