While we stretched we reflected on the fact that this workout was the workout I Qed exactly a year ago during our Virtual Workouts during quarantine, back when we were wondering when we would all get to be together again. It’s been a year, and I for one am grateful for FiA and how it had helped me physically and mentally these last 365 days.

The Thang: we headed over to the large parking lot and partnered up. One person runs while the other completes each exercise until partner returns.

1x Jog down to the end of the lot, sprint back to start

2x jog out, sprint back while partner does first exercise for first sprint and switches to the next exercise for the second sprint.
