An oldie but a real goodie! Recycled this from July 2020 (pre-website!).

Pax was disclaimed so we headed out for an active warm up along Academy Street. It included butt kickers, high knees, side shuffles, hip open and closers, and some lunge walks with a twist.

Next we moseyed on to the Paige Walker Art Center for a Dora:

100 Australian Pushups, partner skips

200 dips, partner side shuffles

300 monkey humpers, partner jogs

Just enough time left for a pyramid of hundreds—WWIIs.

We moseyed back to the deck to stretch for the last five minutes the finished up with our name-a-rama.

It was fun exploring new areas with you all this morning!
