It was cold again this morning but that didn’t stop us!  We started with the disclaimer & a typical warm up (toy soldiers, good mornings, inchworm walkouts, world’s greatest stretch, phelps, arm circles, etc.).

I was inspired by Tiny Boot’s accumulator loop at OTF last week so we did a similar accumulator loop but this time in downtown Cary!  We went north on Academy Street and stopped at the church parking lot, the bank at the corner – then we went east down Chatham and stopped at the movie theater and then again around the corner on the other side of the church parking lot.  We continued on up the hill around the parking deck and stopped in the atrium between the parking deck & the Cary library, then we went up into the park and ended our accumulator in front of the library.  We did 11 reps of each of the following exercises – adding an exercise at each stop:  squats, monkey humpers, skaters, hallelujahs, calf raises, jumping jacks, pushups, and froggers.

Then we moseyed back to the old library site and did 14 hard count reps of 4 exercises that spelled “LOVE” (in honor of Valentine’s Day this week) curtsy Lunge, Oblique hillbillies, V-ups, and Elbow plank (28 seconds).  We did 2 rounds of these and it was time so we wished everyone a great day and headed on our way!  Thanks for joining me!
