Warm up – the usual

The Thang: Ladder Down:   We partnered up and each partner ran opposite around the pickle.   Every time we met our partner we did a series of exercises.   We began with 10 reps or each and then 9, 8, 7…… until the last time we met we just did 1 rep of each exercise.  It ended up 55 of each exercise. The five exercises were:

  1. Squat hold with calf raise
  2. Plank with X reach
  3. Lunge with Chop (HC)
  4. Burpee with push up
  5. Skater w/ shin tap (HC)

We ended with Ring of Fire:

HOLD.                         7 REPS
