We warmed up with good mornings, quad stretches, calf stretches, arm circles & then ran up the stairs to the top of the parking deck.

Once there, doras began.  1 person completed as many of the exercise as they could while their partner ran down the ramp and back and then the partners switched.  There were only 3 of us, so it was a team effort!
