The Thang:

W/ all the rain, getting down to the rock pile at the bridge was a challenge so Daisy showed us another pile on the trail -still a challenge but we all found one and got to work.

Recycled part of Daisy’s workout from last summer – 2 groups – First group does shuttle run while 2nd group does rock work. Everyone stops when the whole group doing rocks is done. Swap, rinse and repeat

We walked our rock back to the pile and moseyed back to the senior center for a musical Dora under the shelter: Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough – partner same groups – group 1 does burpees while group 2 runs down & back in parking lot, rinse and repeat for duration of song
