A few stretches in the parking lot then we mosey’d over to the ropes course parking lot.

Thang 1:

in the back of the parking lot we did Ascending curb crawls. Starting on one end of the parking you bear crawl to the other side and do 1 push up (decline with feet on median) bear crawl back to the other side 2 push ups , back and forth up to 10 push ups. We switched to crab walks half way through. Modification was squat walk. However you did it, it was tough!

we then mosey’d over to the stairs for

Thang 2:

11s on the stairs. Curtsy lunges (Hard count) at the bottom and Star jumps at the top.

this was tough too! But if it was easy, everyone would be doing it, right?!

we mosey’d back to the senior center parking lot for Abs

Thang 3:

Ab- Solution (high plank, to elbow plank, back to high plank, plank jack, Frogger – that’s 1 Rep) – we did 15 of those

Accelerating Abs with 1:2 Ratio of Crunchy Frogs to LBCs. We did it up to 10 Crunchy Frogs to 20 LBCs

Lastly, Ring of Fire with everyone doing flutter kicks and each person going around and doing 5 big girl sit ups.

we then names our FNG, did COT and Name of Rama.
