Started with a disclaimer and warm up before heading off.  Did 10 plank jacks at every light pole on the way to the big shelter parking lot.  Then we split into 2 groups, one group did 4 corners while the others did one exercise in the middle till it was time to switch.  4 Corners, 10 of everything: smurf jacks, burpees, plank ski jumps, Dorothy’s. We did 4 rounds and the center exercises were pulse squats, plank rotations, side squats, hillbillies.

After that we moseyed back to the senior center grabbed a rock for another set, same format.  4 corners with rocks: RDL with row, Sumo squats, rock your body, woodchoppers. Center exercises American hammers and lat pulls. We ran out of time for our last round so just did some mat work to finish. Crawl to kick thru, bridge March and all 4s knee to elbow.
