Armageddon – 30 sec of each for 3:00 minutes (hallelujahs, push water forward, push water backward, touchdowns (arms straight overhead, to chest level), arm circles forward, arm circles backward)
The Thang:
Mosey to Ropes Course Shelter: on the way stopping at each light pole to complete burpees. 1st light pole 1 burpee, 2nd light pole, 2 burpees, etc until the end (7 poles). Pax who finish first, come back and pick up the 6. (28 burpees if you’re completing the October 25 burpee/day challenge!)
Starting at one end of the parking lot complete 1 rep of exercise, run to opposite end complete 6 reps, continuing 2:5, 3;4, 4:3, 5:2, 1:6 until complete
False Starts (Plank position, jump in/out, followed by 2 plank jacks – that’s 1) + Imperial Squat Walker (Squat, knee to elbow, squat, other knee to other elbow, that’s 1). There was a ton of cars in and out of this parking lot this morning! Bond Park was busy.
Mosey back to Senior Center for 4 corners Partner 1 does exercise while partner 2 completes round of 4 corners; Swap & repeat –
Round 1 – Partner 1 – lunges; Partner 2 – Blast off push ups ea corner 5 reps – SWAP
Round 2 – Partner 1 – squats; Partner 2 – Sparky Crabs ea corner 10 HC reps – SWAP
