Warm Up: 10 IC of each: Good Mornings,Toy Soldiers, JJ, Arm Circles forward/backward; runt the pickle

The Thang:

Stay together as a group!  

Start around the track – Run for 1 minute. When the next minute starts, do one burpee and hold plank for the remainder of the minute.  Run for another minute, when next minute starts do two burpees, then hold plank for the remainder of the minute.  Continue to add one burpee, until you reach 5 (for 10 minutes of run/burpee/planks total)

Start from where we are – partner up w/ someone you don’t know!
Catch Me If You Can Bear Crawl Style:
Partner 1 starts bear crawling while Partner 2 completes 10 squats, then runs to catch Partner 1. Once she reaches Partner 1, swap. Partner 2 bear crawls and Partner 1 completes squats then runs to catch Partner 2.  Rinse and repeat for 10 minutes or until Q tells you to turn around

Circle up for dealers choice – PAX take turns calling out an exercise for the rest of the group to perform.  The person choosing the exercise suitcase carry’s the weight plate to the shelter and back, then hands it off to the next PAX, who then chooses an exercise.  Repeat for all Pax to have a turn or until time. We ended w/ Miller who called burpees. Good job, Miller!
