We started this cool morning with a disclaimer and warm-ups.

The Thang:

Deck of Cards workout with Bands. Reps were determined by the face value of the cards and face cards were 10.

Hearts: Chest Press

Diamonds: Swimmers HC

Spade: RDLs with band, HC

Club: Side lunges, HC

We completed the deck of cards at 6:14!

And a Q fail on my part…..we spent too much time chatting and catching up after the holidays and totally forgot to do COT.
