Warm Up: (10C OYO) Good mornings, Jumping Jacks, Big Arm Circles – Forwards, Big Arm Circles – Backwards, Butt Kickers, High Knees, Small Arm Circles – Forwards, Small Arm Circles – Backwards, Run pickle two times!

The Thang: Broke up into two groups.

Curb Work. Round One.

25 Total of each workout:

Group 1: Dips – Group 2: Sparky Crab – Lunge walk over to the other curb and switch.

Group 1: Curb Ups/Downs – Group 2: Push Ups – Lunge walk over to the other curb and switch.

Group 1: Curb Squats/ Leg Lifts (Left) Group 2: Curb Squats/Leg Lifts (Right) – Lunge walk over to the other curb and switch.

Both groups: Curb Taps

Cone Work:

The two groups stayed together and formed a line.

4 Cones total

  1. Runners go to first cone, circle around, go on to the next cone while next runner starts from starting line, etc. Once runner reaches last cone, run back to start.
  2. Runners left hop over to each cone on left foot while next runner starts from starting line, etc. Once runner reaches last cone, run back to start.
  3. Runners right hop over to each cone on right foot while next runner starts from starting line, etc. Once runner reaches last cone, run back to start.
  4. Runners grapevine, skip, run, walk, whatever they choose over to each cone while next runner starts from starting line, etc. Once runner reaches last cone, run back to start.

Curb Workout Round 2: Same workout as before, but we did it all together as a group. Dips, Sparky crabs, Pushups, Curb ups/downs, Curb Squats right and left legs and curb taps.

Abs: Ring of Fire! Each lady is doing LBC’s while one person at a time does 10 leg lifts.
