The Thang: Pax draw an exercise from the cup of opportunities.  Complete the exercise.   Next Pax draws an exercise, complete that and the one previous.  Pax #3 draw an exercise complete that and the two previous. Build up until all Pax has drawn an exercise or we run out of time.

1- Walkman- 5 burpees (total completed 50)

2- Crisco- sprint to the end of the parking lot and back (sprinted 9 times or 1.82 miles total)

3- Granola- 20 HC Shoulder taps (160)

4- Breezy- 20 jumping jacks (140)

5- Hootie- 20 HC alternating lunges (120)

6- Bluff- 30 Monkey humpers (150)

7- Firecracker- 10 full sit ups (40)

8- Bagheera- 20 HC Russian Twist (60)

9- Beethoven- 15 Jump squats (30)

10- Walkman start again- 20 pushups

 

Made it through all PAX plus 1.  Great job ladies.
