Disclaimer and Warm up:

Q rarely attends evening workouts, much less Q them!  It was dark, but it wasn’t morning, which is what the Q is used to. Q was feeling confused and mad about it, so the beatdown was an actual beatdown to work thru her feelings.

Thunderstruck – complete a cardio move (ie jumping jacks, butt kickers, high knees) during the song, dropping for a burpee each time they say “Thunderstruck”. Pax was sufficiently warmed up, and ready for Choose Your Path!
