The Thang: 11’s

Set up in the large parking lot everyone has their own space.

Set 1:

1Pushup bearcrawl across to the other parking spot 10 Sparky Crab.

Crabwalk back complete 2 pushups bearcrawl across 9 sparky crab.  Continue pattern until 10 pushups and 1 sparkycrab.

Run the pickle

Set 2:

One 1/2 burpee with a bicep curl walk with weights across 10 squats with should press.  Walk back continue pattern

Run the pickle


1 full sit up with weights, lunge walk with weights above your head complete 10 standing side crunch with weights.  Walk back continue patter.
