We moseyed over to the front of the library and circled up and explained the Thang.   We did 4 rounds with 3 core/strength exercises for 1 min each and then a creature walk to the stairs, run the stairs, creature walk back to our circle.

  1.  Rocking Knee Push up – prone WY – incline plank – crab walk – stairs
  2.  Worlds greatest with kick thru – bridge with overhead reach – step ups – camel walk – stairs
  3. Plank with leg swing – half-kneel side crunch – SL RDL – ape walk
  4. bear hold toe taps – blast off push ups – SL squat – bear crawl

Then we circled back up for some ring of fire:
boat hold – american hammers
heel taps – BGSU
imperial walkers – froggers
raggedy anns – deep squat

We’ve watched you wake up the world today, we’ve seen it grow bright with your blessing, we’ve heard the songs that the morning makes.  With that light and with those songs, hold us fast heavenly Father.  Cleanse and comfort us Lord Jesus.  Fill and send us Holy Spirit this day for you have made your face to shine upon us! Amen.
