Zeppelin partnered with me (Deuce) for my VQ! It was a brisk April morning but we had a great turnout of 13 PAX!

Zeppelin led off with a usual warm-up of good mornings & stretches. We then moseyed over to the church parking lot and Zeppelin played  the song “I Get Knocked Down”. Every time we heard “I get knocked down” we did a burpee, and during the rest of the song we did Imperial Walkers. (That meant 27 burpees!) The song felt much longer than the 3.5 minutes that it is. 🙂

Deuce took over for the rest of the workout. We partnered up for a Dora. One partner ran a suicide in  the parking lot while the other partner started the stationary exercises. These were 300 squats, 200 LBCs, 100 plank jacks, and 50 push-ups.

We took a quick water break then jumped into the next thing. These were some interval exercises – 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. We did mountain climbers, American hammers, skaters, plank up downs, Raggedy Anns, (more) burpees, bicycles, and a plank hold.

After these 8 minutes were up we had a quick COT & Name-o-rama! It was another great morning at Book Drop with a fantastic group of ladies!
