Warm Up – Stairs Twice and Dynamic Warm Up (high knees, butt kickers, side shuffle, hip openers, phelps, arm circles, cat/cow)

The Thang:  String of Pearls Pyramid

We jogged/walked a bit and then stopped for exercises adding one more from the pyramid each time.  Jog/walk; 1 burpee; jog/walk, 1 burpee, 2 push ups

4 banded row HC

5 shoulder taps HC

6 banded lateral walks HC

7 mountain climbers HC

8 hallelujahs

9 reverse lunges hc

10 banded bicep curls

11 banded tricep kickbacks

12 glute bridges

We finished right at 945….oops I meant to leave time to stretch.
