Warm Up: Run to large parking lot; 10 Good Mornings; 10 Toy Soldiers; Arm Circles

The Thang: Conveyor Belt (Shoutout to FiA Highland Creek for the idea): Each PAX started in a parking spot with Round 1 exercise, moving down the conveyor belt. When you hit Parking Spot #8, you run to Parking spot #1 and continue through. We went through both Round 1 and 2, Ran the pickle, then repeated both rounds of the belt before running back to our cars.
