Ran to parking lot .5 mile away

The Thang: In each parking space was an exercise.  Complete exercise move to next parking space.  At the bottom of the parking lot sprint back up to the 1st space.  When you get back to your first parking space start on round 2 & continue.  We completed 4 rounds then ran back to the park.  Total run 1 mile not including the sprint up the parking lot hill 4 times.

Round 2: 30 high knees (EC)

Round 1: 30 Russian twists (HC)

Round 2: 30 LBCs

Round 1: 30 hallelujahs

Round 2: 30 shoulder taps (EC)

Round 1: 25 plank jacks

Round 2: 60 sec jump rope

Round 1: 25 monkey humpers

Round 2: 30 curtsy lunges (EC)

Ran back to the park for standing abs and names.
