Run to Apex Town Hall for workout.

Round 1:

50 – Jumping jacks

40 – Squats

30 – High knees

20 – Mt. Climbers (HC)

10 – Burpees

Repeat back up from 10 to 50

Run the pickle!

Round 2:

50 – Butt kicks

40 – Lunges (20 each leg)

30 – Plank Jacks

20 – Squat Jumps

10 – Inch worms

Repeat back up from 10 to 50

Run the pickle!

Round 3:

50 – Jump rope

40 – Donkey Kicks (20 each leg or 40 the “hard way” with both legs)

30 – Sumo Squats

20 – Hillbillies (HC)

10 – Push-ups

Repeat back up from 10 to 50

Run the pickle!

Run back to Hunter Games parking lot for 10 Glute Bridges and 10 LBC burnout rotation till the end- ended up being 5 minutes!!
