The Thang:

Dora with 100 weighted HC lunges, 200 weighted “Elf on the Shelf” (diagonally take the weight from your knee to above the shoulder), 300 weighted squats.  Partner work and the moving partner is carrying a cinderblock 30 yards and back.


2x through: double crunch to stand (6), Freddy Mercury (10), Leg lifts (15) and Pit taps (15)

It was wet, we were worn out from our week and we pushed through for a great workout that wasn’t overly complicated (quite an accomplishment for BonVoyage)!!
