The thang: Pair up- Pax 1 does designated travel around parking lot. Pax 2 completes assigned reps for round(see below). Once Pax 1 finishes, sprint to Pax 2, then swap. Continue till both Pax complete a full lap. Hold  plank till all return and break for arms in between.

Round 1: Travel-skip

15 monkey humpers

Arms: 20 tricep kickbacks

Round 2: High knees

20 squats

Arms: 20 shoulder presses

Round 3: One leg jumps

25 front kicks (SC)

Arms: 20 tricep extensions

Round 4: Walking lunge

30 Imperial walkers

Arms: 20 bicep curls

ABS: Pax choice
