3 groups:

1- Timekeeper Group Bear Crawl 6 parking spaces then jog back x3

2- 10 burpees; 10 squats (do as many rounds until Group 1 is done)

3- pylo lunges x 10; hillbillies x 10 (do as many rounds until Group 1 is done)

2nd Round:

1- lunge walk 6 parking spaces then jog back x 2

2- 10 sparky crabs; 10 skaters

3- 10 mountain climbers; 10 shoulder taps

 

Run to the Hill

1- Run up the Hill and Jog Down then 5 Push Ups

2- Run Up and Jog Down then 15 squats

3- Run Up and Jog Down then 25 Triceps Dips

4- Run Up and Jog Down then 35 Plank Jacks

5- Run Up and Jog Down then 45 Jumping Jacks

To the Community Center:

1- Sprint several parking spaces and back for 90 secs then rest for 30 seconds

2- Sprint up and 2 Push Ups; sprint back and 2 Push Ups for 90 secs then rest 30 secs

3- Side Shuffle then 3 Star Jack; Shuffle back then 3 Star Jacks 90 secs then rest 30 secs

4- High Knees Up and $ straight leg kicks, High Knees Back and 4 straight leg kicks 90 secs then rest 30 secs
