Needed:  Band, water

Warmup – Walk to beginning of track, Arm circles (forward & backward) big, Arm circles little (forward & backward), High Knees, Butt Kicks

Band Exercises: 1st lap 5 reps, 2nd lap 10 reps

  1. Squat with band above knee
  2. Horizontal Arm
  3. Bow and Arrow left arm
  4. Bow and Arrow right arm
  5. Tricep Kickback band around wrists, palms on front of legs, alternate hands moving toward back
  6. Chest Exercise band around wrists arms straight over head, pull band down behind head

Do exercises four times each lap
