The Thang:

Round 1:  45 sec exercise / 15 sec rest (x 2)

Rear Shoulder Squeeze / Lat Pull Down / Kneeling Bicep Curls (Right/Left)

Cardio: Jumping Jacks – 20 sec exercise / 10 sec rest X 4

Round 2:  45 sec exercise / 15 sec rest (x 2)

Triceps Pulldown (Right/Left) / Chest Press (Right/Left)

Cardio: High Knees – 20 sec exercise / 10 sec rest X4

 

Round 3:  45 sec exercise / 15 sec rest (x 2)

Front Kick (Right/Left) / Standing Leg Hammer Curls (Right/Left)

Cardio: Burpees – 20 sec exercise / 10 sec rest X 4

 

Round 4:  45 sec exercise / 15 sec rest (x 2)

Plank Leg Lifts (Right/Left) / Fire Hydrant (Right/Left)

Finished with stretching.
