Wow, okay!  This one was TOUGH!  But we did it!

Here’s how it works!  15 rounds; 2 exercises each round.  You do both exercises for 60 seconds each.  Then you do 5 Burpees to advance to the next round.

1- Squats/ Reverse Lunge
2- Push ups/ Biceps Curls
3- Renegade Row/ Glute Bridges
4- Sparky Crabs/ Plank hold
5- Mountain Climbers/ Dead bug
6- Skaters/ Shoulder Press
7- Weighted Jack Curl/ Weighted Jack Forward Press
8- Flutter Kicks/ Superman
9- Triceps Dips/ Overhead Extension
10- Superman “W” with the arms/ Bent Over I, Y, T with arms (no weights)
11- Chest on the bench and Row/ Lat Pulldown laying on the bench
12- Incline/Decline Push ups/ Chest Press
13- Wide Row/ Bent Over Fly
14- Reverse Grip Front Raise Cross/ Upright Row
15- Deadlift/ Squat Pulse
