After our warm up we split into four groups and headed over to the bigger parking lot for Burpee Island. Each group started with their corresponding corner. Twenty reps of each exercise at the groups first corner then to the middle of the parking lot for 5 burpees before moving on to the next corner. Rinse and repeat until your group completes all four corners.

First Round:

1. Curb Squats

2. Lunges

3. Monkey Humpers

4. Jump Squats

Second Round:

1. Triceps Dips

2. Push ups

3. Carolina Dry Docks

4. Pit taps

Then we moved over to the shelter for a Dora:

100 Big girl sit ups

200 Step Ups

300 Plank jacks

(We skipped the second set of 200 step ups)

We stretched for the COT, a prayer from Crisco, and Name-O-Rama
