Warm up

6 minute stations. Choose your station and for 6 minutes and follow the prompts written from top to bottom; when you finish the exercise at the bottom, begin that circuit from the bottom to the top. Here are the stations:

ARMS:

5 Push-ups, 10 Front & Lateral Raises, 15 Overhead Presses, 20 Arm circles, 25 Curls, 30 Rows, 35 Hallelujahs

LEGS:

5 Weighted sumo squats, 10 Reverse lunges, 15 Weighted calf raises, 20 Jump squats, 25 Dead lifts, 30 Glute bridges, 35 High knees or butt kicks

ABS:

5 Pike Push-ups with shoulder taps, 10 Russian Twists, 15 Plank Jacks, 20 Star crunches, 25 Flutter kicks, 30 LBC’s, 35 Standing Bicycles

CARDIO:

5 Burpees, 10 Star Jacks, 15 Skaters, 20 Mt. Climbers, 25 Side-to-Side jumps, 30 Fast feet, 35 Jump Ropes

RAPID FIRE ROUND!!!!!

Choose the station you feel your body needs most; it’s probably the station you want to do least. For two minutes, BURN IT OUT!!!!!

COT: Failure is not fatal; it’s actually where change starts to happen! (We were sweating SO much so I gave everyone popsicles that I had brought in a freezer bag)
