Warm up under the shelter and then we mosey’d to the beloved HILL!
We did BLIMPS on the hill.
So, we started with 5 Burpees, ran up and down the hill.
Then, did 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, run up and down the hill.
Keep adding on an exercises until we did all 6 exercises.
5 Burpees
10 Lunges (HC)
15 Imperial Walkers (HC)
20 Merchins (Push Ups)
25 Plank Jacks
30 Squats

Then we came back to the shelter for Abs.  Whew!!!
