Black Friday Convergence with SBTB today.  I put together a playlist of songs that either had Black or Friday in the title!  Bookworm stated our disclaimer and got us started with a warmup. Also – new Fia Patagonia was also there.. No in pulldown list yet.

Warmup:

Good mornings , Head tilts, alternate sides, Head tilts, up and down
Shoulder rolls forward, then backward, Big arm circles, forward then backward
Knee lifts , Butt kickers, Step out and arm reach, Toy soldiers
Squat and turn to the side (alternate) and Sumo squats and stretches (alternate)

The Thang:

In a large circle on the field,  I put out 10 station sheets.  I then had everyone put their mats in a tight circle in the center of the circle.  We each started out at a different station. We would do the exercise for count of 24 ( HC or EC your call) then would jog to the center and do 11 Big Girl Sit ups.  Then we would repeat this cycle going to the right until we each hit all 10 station.   The date is 11/24  … which is where my rep counts came from.    After we were done, turn the station sheet over for a whole new set of 10 exercises.  The center exercise changed to  Glute Bridge.

All 20 exercises in no particular order – not sure which was in which round.  I laid down all the sheets randomly.. Even though it seemed like I stacked the 2nd round with all the harder exercises..
