The Thang – TB

A recycled workout from Fullback and Bookworm 1 year ago!

10 station w/ exercises written (1 on front, 1 on back).  Mats go in the middle close together.  Pax moseyed around the cones so TB could explain the exercises for everyone

Each Pax start at a different station. 

November 2024 (11/2024) Complete 24 reps ( HC or EC your call) then jog to the center to complete 11 Big Girl Sit ups.  Must visit all 10 stations, no particular order. After we were done, turn the station sheet over for a whole new set of 10 exercises. Round 2 center exercise: Glute Bridge.
